+ Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, it's Free Standard Shipping in United States and Canada for all Zeronto Gift Baskets with some exceptions stated below.

*Free Shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and other remote areas in United States.

*Free Shipping does not apply to Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut as well as certain Rural/Remote areas in Canada.

+ Do you ship to other countries?

We currently ship to United States and Canada only.

* Delivery Service is USPS or UPS.

* Any customs and duties to be paid by the receiver.

+ If I placed an order, how fast would it be shipped out?

Once you placed an order, your basket order would be processed and shipped out in 24 hours.

Your basket order would be shipped via USPS (For USA) or Canada Post (For Canada) Expedited Service. Charges apply to Express Shipping Service.

+ Do you offer Same Day Delivery?

Yes, we offer Same Day Delivery (Toronto GTA only).

Order must be placed before 10 a.m. EST (Order placed AFTER 10 a.m. EST will be delivered the next business day).

Same day delivery is currently available to Toronto and GTA areas in Brampton, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond hill, Toronto, Ajax, Pickering and Vaughan only.

To placed an order for Same day delivery, simply proceed to checkout. In the Shipping method, please select 'SAME DAY/NEXT DAY LOCAL DELIVERY'.

+ Can I schedule my basket's delivery date?

Yes, you can schedule your basket's delivery date.

Schedule delivery service is currently available to Toronto and GTA areas in Brampton, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond hill, Toronto, Ajax, Pickering and Vaughan only.

To placed an order for Schedule delivery, simply proceed to checkout. In the Shipping method, please select 'SCHEDULED DELIVERY (Monday-Friday)'.

Kindly allow us 24 hours processing time. Inform us of your preferred date by email info@zeronto.com. You can also mention your preferred date on the order note (at the time of checkout). Our team will contact you if we have any question in regards to the schedule date.

+ Can I pick up my basket on the same day?

Yes, you can (For Toronto GTA only).

We also offer Same Day Pick-Up.

Place your order before 2:30 p.m. EST (Order placed after 2:30 p.m. EST will be ready for Pick-Up the next business day).

Order will be ready for Pick-Up in 3 hours.

CUSTOM BASKET

+ How do I insert baby's name & greeting message?

On the product's page, you can insert the following:

1. Baby's name for the personalized clothes in the 'Baby's Name' input box. (Maximum 15 characters). You can put N/A if you don't want baby's name to appear.

2. Receiver's name in the 'TO' input box. Receiver name will appear (hand written) on the basket tag.

3. Sender's name in the 'FROM' input box. Sender name will appear (hand written) on the basket tag.

4. Greeting message in the 'Gift Message' input box. Your message will be hand written on the card which is included in the basket.

+ I don't know the baby's name, can I still buy the Personalized bodysuit/onesie or blankie?

Yes, you can. During the checkout, simply mention "N/A" or "Not Available" in the Baby's Name box (on Bodysuit or Blankie).

+ Can I write longer message for the Receiver, Sender, & Gift Message?

If you want to write longer message in our limited pre-set box, you can simply write it on the Additional Note box during the checkout. Please mention where you want the additional message to appear.

+ Can I make my own basket?

Yes, you can. In the filter option. simply select our 'Custom Your Own' basket based on price.

+ Can I add more items to the basket?

Yes, you can add the items to cart along with your basket. During checkout just mention at the Additional Note box that you would like to have the item wrapped together with your basket.

+ Do you put receipt inside the basket?

No, we only put packaging slip inside the basket. Packaging slip contains product name and quantity only. It does not mention price.

+ Can I change items in the pre-set basket?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the items in the pre-set basket. To pick your own items, you can simply select our 'Custom Your Own' basket.

+ Can I see my basket before delivery?

Yes, you can. Simply mention your request on the Additional Note box during the checkout.

We will email you the photo on how the final basket looks. However, no changes can be made due to fast processing and shipping.

+ Can I order by Phone?

Yes, you can place your order by calling us at 1-888-286-9087 (Monday-Friday: 12pm to 6pm EST, excluding weekends & holidays).

+ What kind of payment method do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, and Apple Pay. We reserved the rights to cancel any suspicious order without prior notice.
